Writing an exam in an exam hall? Make sure you know the address!

Published

Are you writing an exam in one of the University's common exam halls? There are exam halls at several different addresses. You can see which address you will be writing at when you sign up for the exam in Ladok. There is information on the Student Portal on how to prepare for your exam and how to find the exam halls.

The University of Gothenburg's common exam halls are located at several different addresses:

  • Reutersgatan 2C
  • Första Långgatan 16
  • Andra Långgatan 19
  • Viktoriagatan 30/Karl Gustavsgatan 29 (until 8 February).

We will stop using the exam halls at Viktoriagatan 30/Karl Gustavsgatan 29 in February and at about the same time we will start using new exam halls on Första and Andra Långgatan. With the new exam halls, there will be more places available in the exam halls than before.

You can see which address you will write your exam at when you sign up for the exam in Ladok. On the Student Portal you will find information on how to prepare for an exam, how to find the exam hall and how it works on the exam day.

If you have questions about your specific exam, contact your department.
