Technical information about this website’s accessibility
This website is partially compliant with the Swedish accessibility regulations, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content described below is, in one way or another, not fully accessible.
Content affecting most users
- Some links lead to external websites but are indicated with an icon as if they lead to an internal page.
- Document links and links to external pages do not always describe where they lead or that they open in a new window.
Usage for users without vision or with impaired vision
- Some parts of the content on the website are located within so-called landmarks that have not been named, making it harder for users with screen readers to understand the purpose.
- The built-in screen reader ReadSpeaker is not responsive and does not change its appearance for users browsing via mobile, making it challenging to use.
- There is a lack of "Aria Label" on the active link in the main menu, which means that screen readers cannot announce which page in the main menu the user is on.
- In some places on the website, there is a need for a clearer indication of the user's location when navigating with a keyboard.
- Headings and heading levels are not always used correctly, which can cause problems for screen readers.
- Some links lead to external websites without notifying screen readers, using only visual icons to signal this.
- Visible text and readable text on some links do not always match.
- Text appears in some cases on a background image without descriptive text.
- In some cases, text sections are written in a language different from the surrounding text but are not marked as such in the code, causing problems for screen readers.
-
The content, structure, and functionality of some documents, for example PDF documents, have not yet been reviewed for accessibility. However, random checks have revealed accessibility issues.
-
A small number of films require captioning, transcription, audio descriptions, or translation, which are currently missing.
Usage for users with reduced fine motor skills or strength
- The built-in screen reader ReadSpeaker is not responsive and does not change its appearance for users browsing via mobile, making it challenging to use.
For users with cognitive impairments
- Headings are not always used correctly and are sometimes unnecessarily long, which, in exceptional cases, may cause problems in the page's internal submenus.
- Some links lead to external websites without informing screen readers, relying only on visual icons to indicate this.
- Text is displayed in some cases against a background image that contains text or distracting graphic patterns.
- Some text paragraphs are written only in uppercase letters.
