Find the University's common exam halls
The University of Gothenburg's common examination halls are located at three addresses: Reutersgatan 2C, Viktoriagatan 30 and Karl Gustavsgatan 29.
If you have questions about what applies to your particular exam, contact the course coordinator or another suitable person at your department. By logging into the Student Portal and visiting My Page, you can see which faculty and department your course or programme belongs to. If you are studying a programme, there may be courses run by other departments and faculties than those responsible for your programme.
Reutersgatan 2C
- At Reutersgatan 2C there are two exam halls (Sections 6 and 7).
- The closest tram stop is Wavrinskys plats.
- There are toilets in the foyer.
- To get to the entrance from Reutersgatan, take the path between the flower shop and Reutersgatan 4.

Viktoriagatan 30 and Karl Gustavsgatan 29
- At Viktoriagatan 30/Karl Gustavsgatan 29 there are two exam halls. It's the same building but separate entrances. You must go to the entrance (address) where your exam is being held to be admitted.
- The large exam hall (Sections 1 and 2) has its entrance at Viktoriagatan 30.
- A smaller exam hall (Sektion 3) has its entrance at Karl Gustavsgatan 29.
- The closest tram stop is Vasa Viktoriagatan.
- There are toilets in the foyer of Viktoriagatan 30.
- There is no foyer at Karl Gustavsgatan – the entrance leads directly to the exam hall.

Adapted exam
Adapted exams are held both at Viktoriagatan 30/Karl Gustavsgatan 29 (Section 4) and at Reutersgatan 2C (Section 8). If you are writing an adapted exam, you will go to the entrance where the regular exam is held.
