This event offers a unique opportunity to gain insights from renowned experts, discover cutting-edge ideas, and see how sustainability and digitalization are reshaping the future of business and society. Through visionary talks and real-world examples, the day is designed to inspire and empower you to drive meaningful change in a sustainable, digitally advanced world. Moderating the forum is Professor Niklas Egels-Zandén (Management and Organization, Department of Business Administration), with an exciting lineup of speakers introduced below.

Göran Carstedt, with extensive experience in senior positions at global organizations such as Volvo and IKEA, is an internationally recognized expert in leadership and organizational learning and change. His basic view is that a meaningful mission is unsurpassed as a force for building great organizations.

 

Twin Transition: Utilizing digital transformation for green transition

Johan Magnusson, professor of information systems, is acknowledged as one of the most influential people in tech in Sweden. His talk shares insights from Swedens largest twin transition initiative (Urban Twin Transition Center) into how digital transformation can be utilized for green transition in urban areas.

 

Innovating for Impact – The use of AI and Digitalization at AstraZeneca

Per Hillertz, lT Site Lead and M&A IT Director at AstraZeneca Gothenburg, will present how AstraZeneca uses AI and digitalization to promote social and environmental sustainability. Their strategy emphasizes improving access to healthcare through innovative AI-driven products and services.
